MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 9, 2017 <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2017-8-139 — TEMPORARILYADJOURNING <br />THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council convened into closed session at 9:55 p.m. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-8-140—ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />SESSIONAND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The regular Council meeting was reconvened at 10:26 p.m. <br />The City Attorney reported that the Council discussed an offer from the <br />Sculley family, property owners of 3000 Labore Road, for the City to <br />purchase some of their property. The Council has given direction to the <br />City Administrator relative to the purchase options. <br />ADJOURN There being no fiurther business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:28 p.m. <br />Attest: <br />E <br />
