MINUTES OT THE WORKSI~IOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was reconvened on the 10th day of April, 2002 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 51 S Little Canada Road in said City. <br />APRIL 10, 2002 <br />Mayor Michael I. I-Ianson <br />Mr. Jeti'Gibbens <br />Mr. Prank Pafl<o <br />Mr. Marc Goess <br />Mr. Dan Soler <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Ms. Jackie Durand <br />Mr. Richard Heinel <br />Mr. Donald Heinel <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />UNWEAVE The purpose of tonight's workshop meeting is to review MN DOT's plans <br />THE WEAVE for the Unweave'i'he Weave project that include reconstruction of the EdgerCOn <br />Street bridge and the effects of raising this bridge on Edgerton Street and County <br />Road D. <br />Jeff Gibbers, MN DOT, reviewed a project summary report dated March, 2002 (see <br />copy attached). In reviewing the "Proposed Construction Schedule" contained in his <br />report, Gibbers reported that Stage 1 --Replacement oPthe Edgerton Street Bridge <br />was scheduled to start in Spring of 2003. It is anticipated that the bridge would be <br />completed by the end of the 2003 construction season. Stage 2 -Road and Bridge <br />Reconstruction of I-35E/694 Interchange is proposed to start in Spring of 2005. <br />Frank Paflco, MN DO"1', indicated that the plan is to reconsU~ct the Rice Street <br />Bridge in 2004. <br />
