Gervais Mill Park garden – $51,750 <br />2. Pioneer Park – planting new trees by pond – $500 (Location for future Arbor Day <br />Ceremonies) <br />3. Spooner Park play area improvements – $115,000 <br />4. Pioneer Park play area improvements – $115,000 <br />5. Powerline Centerville/County Road D trail - Phase 1-Payne to Edgerton – $31,050 <br />6. Powerline Centerville/County Road D trail – Phase 2 Edgerton to Pioneer with a safe <br />crossing on Edgerton – $138,000 <br />7. Thunder Bay Park Information Sign – $1,500 <br />8. Repurpose Demont Rink to Accommodate Dog Park – $3,450 <br />9. Repurpose a tennis court into a pickleball court – $17,250 - Note: We added Pioneer to <br />this expense for an additional $8250 <br />10. Spooner park entrance monument sign at Centerville Rd and Eli Road – $17,250 <br />11. Replacement of lower shelter at Spooner Park, run water and sewer – $419,750 <br />12. Install trail - Country Drive & South Owasso loop along waterworks trail – $250,000 <br />13. Pioneer Park – install a flag pole with lighting at entrance – $6,900 <br />14.
