<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: September 8, 2017 <br /> <br />RE: 2016 and 2017 Street & Utility Improvements: <br /> Declare Costs and Order Preparation of Assessment Roll <br /> Call for Assessment Hearings <br /> <br /> <br />The 2016 Ryan Industrial Park Improvements and 2017 Street Improvements will be <br />substantially complete this fall. Staff is recommending that the Council declare costs, order the <br />preparation of assessment rolls and call for the assessment hearings. Staff is recommending that <br />the hearings be scheduled for either the evening of Tuesday, October 17 or Wednesday, October <br />18 at the following times: <br /> <br /> 6:00pm – Imp. No. 2016-04 Ryan Industrial Park (Spruce Street between Ryan Drive & <br />South Owasso Boulevard; Ryan Drive between Spruce Street & Ryan Lane; and <br />Ryan Lane) <br /> Full depth reclamation and paving and drainage improvements <br /> <br /> 6:20pm – Imp. No. 2017-01 Vanderbie Street (from Labore Avenue to Allen Avenue) <br /> Full depth reclamation and paving <br /> <br /> 6:40pm – Imp. No. 2017-02 Labore Avenue (from Jackson Street to west end of cul-de-sac) <br /> Reconstruction <br /> <br /> 7:00pm – Imp . No. 2017-03 Rose Place & Lakeshore Avenue (from Lake St to Jackson St) <br /> Reconstruction <br /> <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council approve one of the dates for the assessment hearings so the <br />necessary noticing can occur. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
