If the Council would like to accommodate TNT Billiards request to be able to serve regular
beer, here are some options:

1. Amend the City Code to add a sixth intoxicating liquor license.

2. Amend the City Code to add a sixth intoxicating liquor license, but put conditions on
the license for TNT Billiards, such as only hard beers can be sold.

3. Amend the City Code to add a sixth intoxicating liquor license. If in the future, TNT
Billiards stops selling liquor, the Council could then discuss whether to keep the
additional liquor license in place or amend the Code to return to five intoxicating liquor
licenses.

4. Amend the City Code to add a sixth intoxicating liquor license, along with adding
specific restrictions for pool halls under Chapter 703.120, Limitation of License, such
as only hard beers may be sold in pool halls and/or no 2am liquor license is allowed.

Staff requests that the Council give direction on if they want to allow TNT Billiards to
have an intoxicating liquor license, and if so, how to proceed.
