Repair <br />scope of work is as follows: <br /> <br />• Mobilize to site, set up scaffold to access brick area. <br />• Coordinate with electrical contractor to depower wall components. <br />• Remove sheet metal roof caps above brick area <br />• Remove single wythe of brick from front façade and around corners, remove lintels from <br />above doorways. <br />• Replace brick and lintels, brick selection and mortar color at the discretion of the City. <br />Please note purchase and reinstallation of new electrical components is not included. <br />• Install new metal corner guards at overhead doors. <br />• Reinstall metal roof caps <br />• Remove and replace cracked or broken block faces, 50 block allowance <br />• Repoint cracked mortar joints in block, 400 lf allowance <br />• Remove scaffold and demobilize from site. <br /> <br />2018 Price for Completion: $97,200 <br /> <br />Exclusions: Hazardous materials testing/abatement, special order materials, permits, fees, general <br />conditions, work around energized electrical wires, cold weather work, overtime or weekend hours, <br />sidewalk/pedestrian protection, below grade work unless specified, liquidated damages, work behind <br />attached mechanical/electrical/structural components, landscape repair, or any work not specifically listed <br />above.
