A copy of the ALJ opinion is attached. <br /> <br />Formal Process before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Closed <br /> <br /> As the interpretation of paragraph A of the Side Letter was the last item for the ALJ to <br />consider, the ALJ cancelled all additional proceedings and dismissed the formal proceeding <br />before the ALJ. As a result the formal renewal proceeding before the Office of Administrative <br />Hearings is now closed. <br /> <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions.
