<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: October 6, 2017 <br /> <br />RE: Annual Designation of Polling Places <br /> <br /> <br />Earlier this year, the legislature enacted a new provision that requires all municipalities to <br />designate their polling place locations for an upcoming election year by December 31 of the <br />previous year. This provision is in effect for the 2018 state elections. The new law does permit <br />changing polling place locations in the year of the election if the polling place authorized by your <br />governing body has become unavailable for use. <br /> <br />Staff recommends Council adopt the Resolution designating polling places for Precincts 1, 2 and <br />3 for the 2018 elections. <br /> <br />Precinct 1: Roseville Area Middle School <br /> 15 County Road B2 East, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br /> <br />Precinct 2: Little Canada Elementary School <br /> 400 Eli Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br /> <br />Precinct 3: Little Canada City Center <br /> 515 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
