<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br /> <br />DATE: October 6, 2017 <br /> <br />RE: Intoxicating Liquor License for TNT Billiards & Pool Hall <br /> <br /> <br />Nathan Badger, owner of TNT Billiards and Pool Hall, has applied for a new Intoxicating Liquor <br />License for a pool hall. TNT Billiards currently has a 3.2 malt liquor license, which will be <br />canceled upon application to the State for the intoxicating liquor license. All required materials <br />and fees have been submitted, and a satisfactory background check was been received from the <br />Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department. <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council approve an intoxicating liquor license for a pool hall to TNT <br />Billiards and Pool Hall for the time period of October 12, 2017 to June 30, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
