It is as follows: <br />• Updated pedestrian usage of the two LC Road crossings in question. <br />According to Ramsey County Public Works, Traffic Counts on Little Canada Road were <br />6,700 ADT for the segment between Centerville Road and McMenemy and 5,700 ADT for <br />the segment from McMenemy to Edgerton.
