MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 141h day of <br />September, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Bill Buesing called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Bill Buesing <br />Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />Mr. Chris Kwapick <br />Mr. Nick Sandell <br />Ms. Taelor Johnson <br />Mr. Eric Thorson <br />Ms. Dawn Kulousek <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe, Associate Planner <br />Ms. Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />MINUTES The August 10, 2017 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as recommended. <br />REISSUANCE OF <br />The Associate Planner reported that Lee Rossow is the owner of 3164 Ryan <br />AN INTERIM USE <br />Lane, and has requested to be reissued an interim use permit to allow Q3 <br />PERMIT FOR <br />Contracting at 3066 Spruce Street to continue to lease outdoor storage on <br />OUTDOOR <br />his property. She noted that the property is zoned I-1, and also has a <br />STORAGE AT 3164 conditional use permit that allows accessory outdoor storage for building <br />RYAN LANE; <br />tenant. She explained that a five year interim use permit was issued in <br />APPLICANT: 3164 <br />2010, and staff caught the oversight of not having this permit renewed <br />RYAN LANE, LLC, during the inspection and renewal of the outdoor storage license. The <br />LEE ROSSOW <br />Associate Planner reviewed the conditions and recommended back -dating <br />this interim use permit to August 25, 2015 since there has been no lapse in <br />use. <br />
