<br /> <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br />FROM: Heidi Heller, City Clerk <br />DATE: November 3, 2017 <br />RE: Call for a Workshop Meeting on November 20, 2017 <br /> <br /> <br />City Staff is requesting that the City Council schedule a Workshop on Monday, November 20, <br />2017 at 6:00pm to discuss a development proposal by Suite Living. <br /> <br />The developers of Suite Living (www.suitelivingseniorcare.com) are proposing to redevelop 93 <br />West Little Canada Road from the existing office use into senior housing. They recently opened a <br />facility in Vadnais Heights on the northeast corner of Edgerton and I-694. They would like to <br />discuss their proposal with the Council.
