4 <br /> <br />17. Archers must park in designated areas only and have a City supplied parking permit properly displayed. <br /> <br />18. Only deer may be taken during the special hunts. <br /> <br />19. Hunters must log in and out of the hunt areas each time they leave. The MBRB Hunt Coordinator will <br />provide a log in sheet at an appropriate location. <br /> <br />20. Archers cannot track deer outside of hunt boundaries. Hunters must contact the Hunt Coordinator if <br />deer retrieval is required outside of hunt boundaries. The Hunt Coordinator will make arrangements for <br />a police escort or obtain landowner permission before tracking deer onto adjacent properties. <br /> <br />21. Hunters shall bring a small shovel with them as part of their hunt gear to enable them to bury entrails at <br />the hunt site. The burial site must be well out of view from any residence or other area where the public <br />could be present or have visual access. <br /> <br />22. Hunters should immediately report any incidents to the MBRB Hunt Coordinator. <br /> <br />23. Hunters are directed not to speak to any protestors or news media. These incidents are to be reported to <br />the MBRB Hunt Coordinator immediately. The MBRB Hunt Coordinator will contact the appropriate <br />City staff and/or the Police Department who will handle any communication needed. <br /> <br />24. 911 should be contacted immediately in the case of accidents. <br /> <br />25. Additional restrictions may be added at the required orientation meeting. <br /> <br />26. Failure to follow rules will lead to removal of a hunter from the hunt.
