DOOR SERVICE COMPANY <br /> of the Twin Cities, Inc. <br />13419 Fenway Blvd N., Suite 107 <br />Hugo, Minnesota 55038 <br /> <br />PROPOSAL DATE: 11-7-2017 <br /> <br />We are pleased to submit a quote on the following: <br /> <br />The following quote is based on owners removing all the doors, door frames and window frames <br />prior to installation of the new frames and windows. <br /> <br />Exterior Entrance Doors: <br /> <br />Furnish and install (3) Steelcraft 3’0” x 7’0” x 7 ¼” frame depth, 16 gauge, welded, primed, steel <br />door frames with upper sidelight window attached. The new frames will include dead bolt, closer <br />and continuous gear hinge reinforcements. The new frames will also include existing opening <br />anchors to install the frames in the existing block openings. The sidelight windows will be glazed <br />with ¼” clear Lexan polycarbonate sheets in lieu of clear tempered or laminated glass to help with <br />vandalism. <br /> <br />Furnish and install (3) Steelcraft 3’0” x 7’0” x 1 ¾” door thickness, 16 gauge, flush, primed, steel <br />doors. The new doors will include dead bolt, push/pull, closer and continuous gear hinge <br />reinforcements. <br /> <br /> Furnish and install the following new door hardware: <br /> 3-Select SL11HD 83” heavy duty continuous gear hinges in aluminum finish. <br /> 3-Schlage B662P heavy duty double sided deadbolts in dull chrome finish. <br /> 3-LCN 4111 EDA heavy duty parallel arm closers in aluminum finish. <br /> 3-Hiawatha 12” x 34” kick plates in dull stainless steel finish. <br /> 3-Hiawatha 536B 1’ x 10” straight pull handles in dull stainless steel finish. <br /> 3-Reese S205A 5” x 3’ x ½” saddle thresholds in aluminum finish. <br /> 3-Reese 323C 3’ door bottom sweeps in aluminum finish. <br /> <br />Exterior Windows: <br /> <br />Furnish and install (1) Steelcraft 96” wide x 7 ¼” frame depth, 16 gauge, welded, primed, steel <br />window frame. The new window will also include existing opening anchors to install the frame <br />in the existing block opening.
