Proposal #P6013Revised <br />WARRANTY STATEMENT: <br /> <br />All materials are made of the highest quality for the specific application. This installation will <br />comply with all federal, state and local codes for ADA and egress. Door Service Company will <br />provide a one (1) year warranty on all newly installed materials and installation from date installed. <br />Installed material to be free of defects from the manufacturer and installation workmanship. This <br />warranty does not cover damage by abuse, vandalism or acts of nature. Materials that are <br />damaged resulting from the failure of re-installed door hardware will not be covered under this <br />warranty. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />A) This proposal is made for immediate acceptance in writing and delivered and is void <br /> thirty (30) days after date of this <br /> quotation unless extended by us in writing. <br />B) Sales Tax included if applicable. <br />C) We shall make all reasonable efforts to make delivery to conform to job requirements. <br /> Due to material shortages, strikes, and other causes beyond our control, we will not <br /> enter into a contract involving liquidated damages for failure to deliver by a specified <br /> date or in any way share responsibility for liquidated damages suffered if this is <br /> written into your contract with the owner. <br />D) Terms of payment <br />∗ Net 30 days <br />∗ We will post-date invoices covering contract shipments made on the last 3 days of the <br />month to the first day of the following month. <br />E) Service charge of 1% per month (minimum service charge $1.00 per invoice) will be <br /> applied to each invoices unpaid <br /> in accordance with terms listed in paragraph "e" above.
