MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />NOVEMBER 9, 2017 <br />The Associate Planner stated that the proposal appears to be consistent with <br />the zoning code requirements, and staff recommends approval of the <br />conditional use permit subject to the conditions that: <br />1. No business activities shall occur within the garage structure; <br />2. The parcel shall no longer be eligible for an accessory shed. <br />Todd College, 886 Woodland Drive, stated that they would like to expand <br />their existing garage for more storage, and will not be using it for any <br />business. <br />There were no comments from the public. <br />Schwalbach recommended approval of the conditional use permit for a <br />1,157 square foot oversize garage at 886 Woodland Drive, with the <br />conditions stated in the Planners report, that no additional garden sheds be <br />allowed on the property, and the garage cannot be used for business <br />purposes. <br />Motion seconded by Johnson. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />COMPREHENSIVE The City Planner stated that he is working on updating the Comprehensive <br />PLAN UPDATE Plan based on the discussion between the Council and Planning <br />Commission at the October 25, 2017 joint workshop.
