The project consists of
removing the current building and constructing a new restaurant building of 2,312
square feet. The site is zoned B-3, General Business, and is 17,649 square feet in
area, four-tenths of an acre. The property has approximately 158 feet along Rice Street
and 183 feet along South Owasso Boulevard.

Architectural Review

Building Materials. Based on its location, the property is subject to the general
Commercial Architectural Guidelines. The building is proposed to be constructed in a
fashion that would be characteristic of a “taqueria”, with ribbed-metal siding and glass
dominating the building materials. The ribbed metal would be power-coated galvanized
steel, primarily teal blue in color. Other metal architectural panels are proposed as well,
primarily charcoal grey in color.
