It was asked if there are any spots that may need soil corrections. Mr. Elfering <br />answered that there may be some spots that need work. He said soil borings <br />would be taken at the bad-looking spots. <br /> <br /> There was another comment on the high speeds vehicles travel on the streets. <br />The City Administrator stated that he wouild have the Ramsey County Sheriff’s <br />Department take a look at it and enforce speeds in the coming months. <br /> <br /> A resident asked about the trail easement and if it affected his frontage and asked <br />if the hydrant in his yard could be lowered. Mr. Elfering said he would look at <br />both issues. <br /> <br />At this point the City Engineer asked for the general sentiment on moving forward with <br />the project. The general sentiment seemed to be for moving forward at this time. The <br />City Engineer said he would pass along the feeling of the neighborhood to the City <br />Council and a public hearing would be scheduled. The City Engineer thanked the <br />residents of Lakeshore/Old County Road C/Jackson for attending the meeting.
