Ensure public input on county road improvement projects <br />2. Parks Master Plan: <br />a. Rehab Spooner Park playground <br />b. Increase wifi in city parks <br />c. Build a dog park <br />d. Evaluate the current use of park equipment and playgrounds <br />3. Work with Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department on how they are hiring deputies, <br />training deputies, and planning for a response action plan if an race involved police <br />event occurs in a contract jurisdiction as well as any current actions/plans for <br />improving race relations <br />4. Comp Plan Update: <br />a. Zoning of Mobile Home Parks <br />b. Discussion on residential property development <br />c. Plan to develop city-owned properties <br />5. Increase efforts on crime prevention in focused areas with higher crime rates <br /> <br />6. Finding new sustainable businesses for reuse of vacant properties/empty storefronts <br />7. Review City mission statement, vision and core values <br />8. Stimulate Rice Street Business District rehabilitation <br />9. Greening of Little Canada – effective/efficient multi-family housing recycling (tie 9-11) <br />10. Continue to enhance the relationship between the City and the Fire Department (tie 9-11) <br />11. Develop a comprehensive digital media plan (tie 9-11) <br />12. Seek funding for the I-694 Trout Brook Trail connections for Little Canada <br />13. Expand City’s Channel 16 cable offerings <br />
