There are clearly ordinances in place and it <br />may be interesting to see how this variance might actually accomplish the goal that the ordinances <br />attempt to achieve. <br /> <br />The proposals contemplate an extensive update of the appearance of the buildings and the grounds. <br />Including in various forms landscaping, fencing and building cosmetics. <br /> <br />The business would be an owner occupant. They have a substantial investment in the business and are <br />in good standing for many years. They would take pride in the property. In fact the business has been <br />looking for such a property for many years. The use would be an appropriate resident of the park. <br /> <br />Please allow the requested variance as the buyer/applicant will provide a gateway to the Ryan Industrial <br />Park that will not only be a dramatic upgrade, but a beautiful and substantial gateway to the Park. <br /> <br />In summary, you get a dramatic upgrade, owner occupant and a trophy business as a gateway to the <br />park.
