MINUTUS CITY COUNCIL JL1NL 12, 2002 UNWEAVR The City Administrator reported that the Unweave The Weave project THE WEAVE has been postponed. The Administrator felt, however, that the City should still comment on the amount of sound barrier work that the State was proposing as part of this project. The Administrator described the areas where sound barriers were proposed and pointed out that there are some gaps along County Road D as well as in the Twin Lake area. MN DOT's rational is that these particular areas are undeveloped at this time. IvIN DOT feels that sound barrier should be added by developers as part of the future development of this property. The Council disagreed with MN DOT's position and instructed the City AdminisU~ator to push MN DOT for a more complete sound barrier plan for Little Canada. CRACK Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: SEALING CONTRACT RESOI.
