MINUTCS <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUN>/ 2G, 2002 <br />Upon motion by Scalzs, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.S'O/.UTION NO. 2002-6-745 -ACCEPTING PAT GOFF'S <br />W!T FIDRAWAI_ OF APPLICATION FOR .SPEC/A/, USE PERMIT <br />FOR A HOME OCCUPATION AT 865 A.S"PEN CIRCLE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the application <br />UST PERMLY - for Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of anon-conforming <br />355 LT'C'TLG structure at 355 Little Canada Road as requested by Grv Youngs and Linda <br />CANADA ROAD - Fuller. It was noted that Che Planning Commission recommended <br />I:,RV YOUNGS approval of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />The Council and City Planner reviewed the site plan submitted by Mr. <br />Youngs that shows driveway access to the garage.
