MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JULY 9, 2002 Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was closed. MODIFICATION Mayor Fahey opcited the public hearing to consider T1F plan and district OT TI1' PLANS - modifications in cot?junction with the Garden 'terrace addition plan. It GARDEN was noted that the Planning Commission has found these modifications TERRACE to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
