<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Bryce Shearen, Parks & Recreation/Community Services Manager <br /> <br />DATE: February 8, 2018 <br /> <br />RE: Additional Meetings to Complete Parks Master Plan <br /> <br /> <br />The Parks & Recreation Commission is recommending modifying the work scope to add up to <br />four additional meetings with Mr. Bob Kost and Ms. Anna Springer with SEH to help complete <br />the Parks Master Plan. The cost of each meeting is $1,200. The first meeting will be with the <br />Parks & Recreation Commission to continue the discussion of options for various parks. A <br />second meeting would be a joint workshop with the City Council to review options and finalize <br />short to mid-term priorities. A third meeting would be with the Commission to review the draft <br />plan. A fourth meeting is being requested in case the review of parks and trails to be discussed <br />in the first meeting cannot be completed within one meeting. <br /> <br />The Parks & Recreation Commission is recommending that the Council approve up to four <br />additional meetings with SEH at a cost of $1200 per meeting.
