In addition to the <br />street improvements that were approved we have also combined other work within the <br />City into the project to capitalize on the economy of scale of a larger project. The <br />following improvements are included in the project: <br /> <br /> Reconstruction of Burke Lane and Condit Street (Nadeau to Nadeau) <br /> Rehabilitation of Park View Court with full curb replacement <br /> Rehabilitation of Jackson/Old C/Lake Shore (LC Road to Demont) <br /> Gervais Mill Park parking lot rehabilitation <br /> Miscellaneous storm water system improvements <br /> <br />As stated at the public hearing, we are providing a design review meeting to allow <br />affected property owners along the major street improvements the opportunity to review <br />the plans and related impacts to their property. This meeting will be held on March 13, <br />2018 but we do not anticipate significant changes to the plans. <br /> <br />At this time we are requesting plan approval and authorization for advertisement for bids <br />from the City Council. It is anticipated that advertisement would begin on March 20, <br />2018 and bids would be received on April 10, 2018. <br /> <br />If you have any questions please call me at (763) 780-0450 extension 3.
