Hanson <br />Mr. Neal Powell <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Chris Gatzke <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />The purpose of tonight's workshop meeting is to review code enforcement <br />issues in the City as well as prioritizing the City's approach to these issues. <br />Property owners from County Road B-2 appeared bei'ore the Council to express <br />concern with asingle-family home on County Road B-2 that has had on-going code <br />enforcement problems. "I'he property owners summarized the issues related to these <br />properties. These include: <br />o Possible conversion of the garage area and the porch into living space <br />without building permits; <br />o Possible utilization of this house as amulti-family dwelling; <br />o Illegal parking of vehicles; <br />o Numerous auto sales Transactions appear to betaking place at this <br />property, <br />
