MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 25, 2018 <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2 018-4-85 — RECESSING THE CITY CO UNCIL <br />MEETING AND CONVENING AS THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT A UTHORITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-4-86— APPROVING THE LOAN <br />DOCUMENTS: PLEDGE AND SECURITYAGREEMENT, <br />PROMISSORYNOTE AND THE PERSONAL GUARANTEE OF <br />JOEL LARSON FOR $400,000; DONE BY THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT A UTHORITY EXERCISING THEIR POWER AS A <br />HO USING AND REDEVELOPMENT A UTHORITY FOR THE CITY <br />OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2018-4-87 — ADJO URNING THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT A UTHORITY MEETING AND RECONVENING <br />THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PROPOSED <br />The City Planner stated that staff is proposing three amendments to the <br />ORDINANCE <br />zoning code and subdivision code. He explained that the first amendment <br />AMENDMENTS <br />to Chapter 902 is dealing with the definition of Riparian. He noted that <br />TO CITY CODE <br />the proposed language is adding clarification to what has been staff s <br />CHAPTERS 902, <br />practical application of the definition. He explained that riparian is <br />914 AND 1001 <br />property with frontage on a body of water, but the issues have been with <br />properties that have only a small sliver of land that fronts the lake and the <br />house structure or buildable area is on the other side of the road. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />10 <br />
