Early voting <br /> <br />Ramsey County Elections will administer early voting for the state primary from August 7 through <br />August 13 and for the state general election from October 30 through November 5. Early voting <br />will take place at the following locations. All Ramsey County voters will be able to cast their ballot <br />at any of these locations. <br /> <br /> City of Saint Paul <br /> <br /> Ramsey County Elections <br /> Highland Park Community Center <br /> Martin Luther King Recreation Center <br /> Como Park Historic Streetcar Station <br /> Arlington Hills Community Center <br /> <br /> Suburban Ramsey County <br /> <br /> Ramsey County Library – White Bear Lake <br /> Ramsey County Library – Maplewood <br /> Ramsey County Library – Shoreview <br /> Ramsey County Library – Roseville <br /> Ramsey County Public Works – Arden Hills <br /> St Anthony City Hall – St Anthony <br /> <br />Early voting hours at Ramsey County Elections will be 8:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday through Friday, <br />9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday and 8:00pm to 5:00pm on Monday. For the state general election, <br />Ramsey County Elections will also be open for early voting on Sunday, November 4 from 11:00am <br />to 3:00pm. <br /> <br />Early voting hours at all remote locations will be noon to 6:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to <br />3:00pm on Saturday. <br /> <br />Cities that wish to administer early voting at city hall are free to do so at their own expense. We <br />will provide the training for city staff and the ballot counter and related materials needed. Those <br />cities that plan to choose this option should let us know by April 30. <br /> <br />If you have questions about any of this, please let me know.
