Proposal to Provide Executive Recruitment Services. 6 <br />Throughout the process, you will have access to our Master Applicant List (MAL), which will provide <br />pertinent data for each applicant. <br />Project Milestone Deliverables Estimated Duration <br />Applicant screening and <br />recommendation of semi-finalists. <br />• S|W compares applications to the <br />approved candidate profile developed <br />in our searchable applicant database. <br />• S|W develops customized candidate <br />questionnaire & due diligence <br />questionnaire to provide to applicants <br />who most closely meet the candidate <br />profile. <br />• Top 10-15 candidates identified as <br />semi-finalists. <br />• Semi-Final Report is prepared, <br />including the brochure, master <br />applicant list, cover letter, resume and <br />completed questionnaire of candidates <br />to be considered. <br />• S|W and the City review and rate video <br />interviews. <br />• S|W sends links to City to review the <br />aggregate responses and ratings. <br />• Semi-finalists complete candidate <br />management style assessment, <br />responses are reviewed and interview <br />questions are developed. <br />• Recruitment Project Team Leader <br />meets with Mayor and City Council to <br />review recommended semi-finalists. <br />Mayor and City Council selects finalists <br />for on-site interviews. <br />2 - 3 Weeks <br /> <br />Task IV: Conducting Background Checks, Reference Checks and Academic Verifications <br />When the Mayor and City Council approves of a group of finalists for on-site interviews, S|W will begin <br />the process of conducting reference checks, background checks and academic verifications. A <br />Confidential Reference Report is prepared for each finalist to complete our understanding of his/her <br />management and leadership characteristics and professional work performance. <br /> <br />For the background checks, S|W will develop information on the candidates in the following areas: <br />• Consumer Credit • Bankruptcy <br />• City/County Criminal • State District Superior Court Criminal <br />• City/County Civil Litigation • State District Superior Court Civil Litigation <br />• Judgment/Tax Lien • Federal District Criminal <br />• Motor Vehicle • Federal District Civil Litigation <br />• Educational Verification <br /> <br />
