Proposal to Provide Executive Recruitment Services. 8 <br />Strategy for Recruitment of Diverse Candidates <br />Our corporate core values and work environment reflect our broader social aspirations for a diverse <br />workforce, equal opportunity and cross-cultural respect. We have established strong and credible <br />networks with minority and female leaders nationwide. In addition, we are corporate members of the <br />National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) and the Hispanic Network and are on their <br />National Corporate Advisory Council. We participate in their membership events on a regular basis. <br /> <br />To that end, we take responsibility for diversity in our organization, our recruitment strategy and our <br />candidate pools. In this recruitment, we will use our established networks to make direct and personal <br />contacts with prospective minority and female candidates and encourage them to consider the City of <br />Little Canada’s City Administrator position.
