MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 23, 2018 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23'd day of May, 2018 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road <br />in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ABSENT <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />Assoc. Hanson <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2018-5-104 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 25, 2018 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />APRIL 25, 2018 CLOSED SESSIONAS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PUBLIC HEARING- Keis opened the public hearing. <br />EASEMENT <br />The City Engineer stated that the applicant is requesting approval of the <br />VACATION AT 2320 Th <br />PRESERVE TRAIL & vacation of drainage and utility easements. He explained that the applicant <br />475 VIKING DRIVE recently received approval for a subdivision of his properties and these <br />E.; APPLICANT: easements follow what will be the old property lines so there is no need to <br />STEVE BRAUSEN maintain them. He noted that new drainage and utility easements will be <br />around the new property lines. <br />
