MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 9, 2002 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of October, 2002 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael L Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolu tion and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION NO. 2002-10-230 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2002 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2002 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Montour, Anderson, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LAKE OWASSO Mayor Fahey thanked Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer Council for their <br />DONATION generous donation of $5,000 for the Rondeau Park development. <br />SECOND HAND Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the issuance of a Second <br />GOODS DEALERS Hand Goods Dealer's License to Joe's Sporting Goods for their proposed <br />LICENSE - Little Canada location on County Road B. There was no one from the general <br />JOE'S SPORTING public present wishing to comment on this matter. <br />GOODS <br />
