As <br />you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The total amount <br />earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $904,407.67. Subtracting 5% <br />retainage of $45,220.38, and previous payments of $823,401.29, the amount due the <br />Contractor is $35,786.00. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for paving the final wear course bituminous on <br />Labore Road, Rose Place, and Lake Shore. We have inspected the work performed by <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
