<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Bryce Shearen, Parks & Recreation/Community Services Manager <br /> <br />DATE: June 1, 2018 <br /> <br />RE: Approval of the Park System Master Plan <br /> <br /> <br />The Parks & Recreation Commission and City Staff are recommending to the Council that the <br />attached Parks System Master Plan document be approved and added into the 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan as an appendix document to the plan. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Park System Master Plan document as presented, subject to <br />any revisions the City Council may have. <br />
