Concessions are privately operated, open <br />during gametimes. <br />FACILITIES/EQUIPMENT <br />TRAIL CONNECTIONS <br />Paved neighborhood connectors to Frattalone Lane to the <br />north and to Montreal Courts housing to the south, sidewalks <br />on Centerville Road and Desoto Street. <br />NATURAL RESOURCES <br />Pioneer Park is almost entirely developed, with the exception <br />of 3/4 of an acre in the northeast corner of the park, and <br />a naturalized stormwater ponding area east of the softball <br />diamond. The vegetation in this area is managed with <br />controlled burns. <br />ISSUES/OPPORTUNITIES <br />1. Heavy use of ash trees, which are susceptible to emerald <br />ash borer. <br />2. Sand volleyball court is underutilized; explore relocation <br />or removal. <br />3.
