MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 6, 2018 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 6th day of June, 2018 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road <br />in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Sery <br />City Cleric <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2018-6-120 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY 23, 2018 WORKSHOP MEETING, THE MAY 23, 2018 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE MAY 23, 2018 AND MAY <br />31, 2018 SPECIAL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis announced that tonight will be Joel Hanson, the City Administrator's <br />last City Council meeting, and he wanted to thank Joel for everything that <br />he has done for the City for the last 28 years. He noted that the City is being <br />left in very good shape with no issues and that can be attributed to Mr. <br />Hanson's work. Mr. Hanson stated that he has been honored to work for <br />Little Canada and thanked the City Council for the opportunity. <br />
