Resolution declared adopted. <br />GERVAIS The City Clerk explained that nothing has been received from the resident <br />LAKE who was interested in doing a fireworks display on her property on Gervais <br />FIREWORKS Lake. She noted that the next Council meeting would be after July 4"' so <br />this will not happen this year. <br />REVIEW The City Clerk reported that the City had received an offer to purchase a <br />PURCHASE OFFER vacant parcel that is city -owned next to Culvers on Market Place Drive. She <br />OF VACANT noted that the Council can review the terns, but any negotiations would <br />PARCEL ON require a closed session. <br />MARKETPLACE <br />DRIVE 4 <br />
