MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 11, 2018 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 11111 day of July, 2018 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road <br />in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Public Works Director <br />Assoc. Sery <br />City Clerk <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Mr. Bryce Shearon <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Pat Kelly <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />MINUTES Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2018-7-145 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 27, 2018 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis announced that Canadian Days is coming up August 3 through 5 at <br />Spooner Park. <br />CONSENT Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2018-7-146 —APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />
