Future land use plan maps used in the 1998
plan can be found in the Appendix section of this plan.

The Land Use Issues map illustrates a series of existing land use issues that have been discussed
as a part of the Comprehensive Plan Update process. As a suburban community that’s fully
developed, Little Canada’s land use pattern is stable. Much of the discussion over the issues
illustrated on this map was designed to confirm continuation of the existing pattern, or to identify
potential modifications as part of the future land use. In addition, some of these issues were
highlighted for more detailed attention in the Planning Districts section of this Plan.
