If these conditions are not <br />complied with, the property automatically reverts back to the EDA.. Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council reviewed the proposed ordinance establishing moderate-income limits in <br />Tax Increment Housing Districts in the City. The City Administrata~ noted that those <br />limits are being established at 150% of the median family income as defined by the <br />US Department of Housing and Urban Development for Ramsey County. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 539 - AN ORDINANCE DEFINING "MODERATE <br />INCOME" FOR PURPOSES OF TAX INCREMENT HOUSING DISTRICTS IN <br />THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />
