Mr. Mahajan was told that <br />the City Council would need to discuss the offer and their next meeting was on June 27. The <br />Ramsey County property records parcel information is attached, along with an aerial map. <br /> <br />The parcel is 0.62 acres and the dimensions are 152.44 feet x 178.73 feet (27,245 square feet). <br />The County has given this parcel an estimated market value of $218,000. <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council review the purchase offer from Dr. Shrirang Mahajan for the city- <br />owned parcel on Market Place Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />From: Shrirang Mahajan <shrirang.mahajan.dds@gmail.com> <br />Sent: Tuesday, June 12, 2018 8:46 PM <br />To: Joel Hanson; John Keis <br />Subject: site for dental office <br /> Dear Mr. Keis and Mr. Hanson, <br /> <br />Please find attached signed purchase agreement for Culver's Parcel lot. <br />I am practicing dentist in Minnesota for last 13 years and intending to build 3000-4000 sq feet class A <br />dental office building. The dental office would have capacity to serve 30-50 patients each day and would <br />create atleast 10 new jobs. <br />I hope you find my purchase agreement and proposal reasonable. <br />Due to limited time-window to start new construction in Minnesota, I am under pressure to make <br />decision on buy/lease options I have. <br />This purchase agreement is contingent upon financing and due diligence, and it expires on June 22nd. <br />I would drop paper copy of the agreement to your office tomorrow am. <br />Let me know if you have any additional questions, <br />Thanks, <br />Sincerely, <br />Shrirang Mahajan
