21 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Survey Requirements: It will be a survey prepared by a surveyor registered in the State <br />of Minnesota, certified to the Buyer and the Title Insurer and any institution providing <br />financing to the Buyer prepared in accordance with the "minimum standard detail <br />requirements for ALTA/ACSM land title surveys jointly established and adopted by <br />ALTA, HSCM and NSPS in 1997 and including items 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 7(a), 7(b) (1), 8, 9, <br />10, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16. The survey shall be made pursuant to the accuracy <br />standards (as adopted by ALTA and ACSM and in effect on the date of certification) of <br />an urban survey.
