As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Hardrives, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $67,479.40. Subtracting <br />5% retainage of $3,373.97, the amount due the Contractor is $64,105.43. <br /> <br />This pay estimate includes payment for removals and curb installation on Park View <br />Court, the repair of the Country Drive storm manhole, and the Boss Road drainage <br />improvement. We have inspected the work performed by Hardrives, Inc and find it to be <br />in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
