On-site, morning traffic operations details: <br />- Forty (40) faculty and staff will arrive between 7:00 and 7:30. <br />- The first round of five school buses will arrive and depart in the morning <br />between 7:30 and 7:40. <br />- The second round of five buses will arrive and depart in the morning between <br />7:40 and 7:50. <br />- Seventy (70) parents will arrive and depart between 7:30 and 8:15 <br /> <br />As described above and illustrated on page 5, faculty and staff will have arrived and <br />parked by the time school buses and parents arrive. They will park in designated <br />parking stalls, which include the first four parking stalls in the southside lot, other <br />stalls in the southside lot, reserved stalls along the west side of the school building, <br />and stalls along the north side of the building. <br /> <br />Buses and parents arrival and departure times will overlap. Parents, however, will <br />enter the site and find a parking stall in the southside lot while buses will circulate <br />clockwise around the school building. <br /> <br />Parents, after dropping off their students, will circulate around the school building <br />and, if necessary, overtake buses that are queued along the northside of the <br />playground to exit the site at the northern driveway. Staff will be present during pick <br />up and drop off times to direct traffic as needed. <br /> <br />3. On-site, afternoon traffic operations details: <br />- The first round of five school buses will arrive and depart between 2:30 and 2:48. <br />- The second round of five buses will arrive and depart between 2:55 and 3:05. <br />- Seventy (70) parents will arrive and depart between 2:45 and 3:15. <br />- Forty (40) faculty and staff will depart the site between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. <br /> <br />As described above, all school buses and all parents will arrive at and depart from the <br />site before the PM peak hour has begun. The 40 faculty and staff will depart between <br />3:30 and 4:00 PM, 15 minutes before the PM peak hour begins. <br /> <br />4. Bus operations details: <br />Buses will queue on the north side of the building, along the north edge of the <br />playground, which will be fenced. Because of the fencing, students will walk through <br />the playground after alighting the buses and before boarding the buses. <br /> <br />As illustrated on page 5, there is space for four single file buses along the northern <br />edge of the playground. A fifth bus will await its turn to queue along the western side <br />of the building. The schedule that has been established for the school’s 10 buses
