MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 2018 <br />PUBLIC HEARING — The City Clerk explained that the City Council has reviewed and approved <br />ORDINANCES 827,829 these ordinances, but the public hearing process was not done for these <br />AND 830 FOR ZONING zoning code amendments. She stated that the public hearing notices have <br />CODE AMENDMENTS been published and staff recommends the Council hold a public hearing for <br />these zoning code amendments and adopt Ordinances 827, 829 and 830. <br />There were no comments from the public. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2018-9-179 -ADOPT ORDINANCE 827, AMENDMENT <br />TO ZONING CODE SECTION 902.010.R.11 TO FURTHER DEFINE <br />RIPARIAN IN THE GENERAL ZONING TERMS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2018-9-180 -ADOPT ORDINANCE 829, AMENDMENT <br />TO ZONING CODE SECTION 914.040 AND 914.045 RELATING TO <br />CONDITIONAL USES AND INTERIM USES IN I-1, LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2018-9-181 -ADOPT ORDINANCE 830, AMENDMENT <br />TO ZONING CODE SECTION 903.110, PUBLIC DISTRICT SIGNAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0).
