CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-9- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING THE SUPPORT OF A JOB CREATION FUND APPLICATION <br />IN CONNECTION WITH BIX PRODUCE <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada, Minnesota (the “City”), desires to assist Bix Produce, a <br />warehouse/distribution business, which is proposing to construct a facility in the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada understands that Bix Produce, through and with the support <br />of the City, intends to submit to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic <br />Development an application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada held a City Council meeting on September 26, 2018, to <br />consider this matter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, after due consideration, the City Council of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota, hereby express their approval of the project proposed by Bix Produce <br />and its application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program. <br /> <br />Sworn and Executed Under My Hand this 26th day of September, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________________ <br /> John T.
