MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 29, 2018 <br />PUBLIC HEARING - <br />The Associate Planner explained that in August, the Planning Commission <br />AMENDMENT TO <br />and City Council recommended an amendment to the sign ordinance which <br />THE ZONING CODE <br />would allow for Public District signage to fall under the commercial district <br />ON SIGNAGE FOR R- <br />instead of the residential district regulations, and Ordinance 830 was <br />1, SINGLE FAMILY <br />adopted modifying Section 903.110.E. The Associate Planner stated that an <br />ordinance was prepared that corrects those two items and is recommending <br />adoption of the proposed Ordinance 832 language. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Fischer, the public hearing was closed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 2018-10-215 - APPROVE ORDINANCE 832, <br />AMENDING LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE CHAPTER 903.110.E <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Aye (5). <br />Nays (0).
