This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect <br />as long as the Development Property, including any part thereof, is subject to tax- <br />exempt status. <br /> <br />Section 6.7 Amendments. No amendment to this Agreement shall be effective until <br />such time as the terms of the amendment are reduced to writing and said writing is signed by all <br />parties. That this Agreement represents the entire understanding between the City and Property <br />Owner and all prior oral or written agreements concerning payments in lieu of taxes whether oral <br />or written are hereby declared null and void.
