If a 2019 budget has not been adopted yet, attach the most recent draft. <br />If the budget doesn’t list ALL expenditures and revenues specific to recycling, add a supplem ental tabl e to identify this info rmatio n. <br />A final copy of the adopted 2019 budget must be submitted by January 15, 2019. <br />Other Attachments <br />1.
