2601-8 <br />b. No person in custody of any pet or animal shall allow said animal to disturb, <br />harass or interfere with other park users or their property. All dogs, pets or <br />domesticated animals must be on a harness or leash, or in an approved <br />designated off-leash pet exercise area operated by the City. No owner or <br />person in custody of a pet shall suffer or permit the pet to defecate upon <br />public property without immediately removing the excrement and disposing <br />of it in a sanitary manner. <br /> <br />c. The City may approve other animals within the park for a City sponsored <br />event or program. <br /> <br />c. Any unattended domestic animal or pet found roaming or at large within any <br />park shall be impounded. <br /> <br />d. All state and local ordinances relating to the licensing and muzzling of <br />animals and pets shall apply to same brought into any park. <br /> <br />e. No person shall release or introduce any exotic or wild animal in any park <br />without the written permission of the City. <br /> <br />f. No person owning or in custody of any pet or domestic animal shall allow <br />such animal to graze or browse in any park. <br /> <br />4. Hunting, Fishing, and Molesting Wildlife. <br /> <br />a. No person shall kill, hunt, trap, pursue, injure, molest or unnecessarily disturb <br />or have in possession any species or wildlife including birds, waterfowl, fish <br />or other animals found within the confines of any park except that fishing <br />may be permitted in designated areas subject to laws and regulations as <br />established by the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />b. No person shall rob, disturb, or molest the nest, eggs or young of any birds, or <br />other animals within the confines of any park. <br /> <br />3. Fire. <br /> <br />a. No person shall start or maintain a fire in any park except small recreational <br />fires in fireplaces, fire rings, and grills provided for that purpose in areas <br />specifically designated for such use. Private grills may be used in designated <br />areas provided that all ashes and residue therefrom be disposed of in <br />containers provided for such disposal. <br /> <br />b. Any person who starts or maintains a fire in an authorized area shall exercise <br />continuous supervision from the time the fire is kindled until it is
